1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and turbo66 ("turbo66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the turbo66 website located at turbo66.co and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Services").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of turbo66 services, you must register a Member account. You agree that:

• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any information that changes.

• Deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name are prohibited. turbo66 reserves the right to reverse such deposits and may restrict or close accounts found to be using third-party funding.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawal requests.

• turbo66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other breaches of these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on turbo66 are governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the respective game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict, product-specific rules prevail over these general Terms for that specific product only.

• turbo66 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or markets where a technical error has occurred.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding, subject to the resolution of the relevant event or game outcome.
• turbo66 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, market, or sport. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or supplier unavailability may temporarily affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

turbo66 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. turbo66's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming
